Ruderacing.co.uk (hereafter also referred to as ‘this website') is the trading website of Rude Racing Limited (hereafter also referred to as we, our, or us).

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your relationship with us. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

By using this website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Although We aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services offered will meet your requirements. We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to us and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we ignores this, we will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Your access to this website may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services We will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.

This website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet.

Orders
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Rude Racing Ltd will take place upon the despatch of the products ordered by you.

We reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an order without disclosing a reason for that refusal. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one or more of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable.
• Our inability to obtain satisfactory proof that a payment is not of a fraudulent nature.
• Our identification of a pricing or product description error.

To be eligible to purchase products and lawfully enter into and form a contract on this website under English law you must register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information. You must also possess a valid credit or debit card which is acceptable by us.

Product
Any product requiring painting should be examined and trial fitted by you, or competent individual(s) acting on your behalf, prior to the painting process. If, after painting, a product is found to be faulty in any way, no compensation may be given for it or for any consequential costs incurred.

We can accept no liability for direct, consequential or any other losses arising from the supply of any goods.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that product details, prices and descriptions are correct at the time they are entered onto this website. Although we aim to keep this website as up to date as possible, the information appearing on it at a particular time may not always be completely accurate.

If a replacement for an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied is required before that item can be returned to us it will be treated as a separate sale which will require separate payment. Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods can only be made once that item has been returned to us.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website.

Shipment
It is the customer's responsibility to examine goods upon receipt for damage. Notification must be made within one working day of receipt if damage has occurred during transit.

Delivery dates and times are given as advice only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payment
All prices shown on this website include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered and the delivery.

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Returns
Replacements for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items cannot be issued until the damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied item is returned to us. Should a replacement be required before such return it must be treated as a separate sale. A refund for the damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied item can only be made once that item has been returned to Rude Racing Ltd.

No returned goods will be accepted without a ‘return reference number'.

Purchases may be returned (at buyer's cost) within 14 days (to reach us within 14 days from the invoice date) for refund. This does not apply to special order items.

Returned goods must reach us complete with their original packaging and a completed copy of our returns form (supplied with all invoices).

Carriage charges cannot be refunded for goods that have been supplied in good order.
